    Bazlama

    Bazlama is a soft and fluffy Turkish Flatbread that has gained popularity over the last few decades. It is one of the oldest Turkish bread recipes, and probably the favourite of many as well. It is versatile, very easy to make, and requires only a few ingredients that you might already have on hand.
